Every year I tell myself I'm going to have my shopping done early. And every year I start out in August picking up items for the stockings and little gifts from Santa, like books and DVD's. I think I'm doing fine until I get the lists, which don't start dirfting my way until right before Thanksgiving. Then the craziness starts.
